The invention relates to a turbine engine motor with a ductless fan. The motor comprises a plurality of guide blades (10) made of a composite material. Each guide vane is intended to be fixed only to an internal fixing structure (20) of the turbine engine. The guide vane (10) comprises: an aerodynamic vane (12) extending radially outward along a radial axis (X-X); an outer radial end (14); an inner radial end (16); and an inner platform (18) configured to be fixed to the inner fixed structure (20), connected to the inner radial end (16) by an inner connecting elbow (16a), and extending from the inner radial end (16) in a single first tangential direction tangential to the radial axis (X-X) of the aerodynamic (12) bucket (12). The inner platform (18) comprises an opening (18a) for receiving a radial securing system (30) for independently securing each guide vane to the inner securing structure (20). A reinforcing element is arranged radially between the inner platform (18) of each guide vane (10) and the inner fixing structure (20).
