The invention relates to the technical field of elevator detection, in particular to a traction elevator safe operation detection device which is internally provided with a brake data acquisition component, a slippage data acquisition component and an operation early warning assembly. The operation early warning assembly is in communication connection with the brake data acquisition component and the slip data acquisition component; the braking data collecting component is installed on the top of an elevator car so as to collect data needed for calculating the braking capacity of the elevator and upload the data to the operation early warning assembly. The slippage data acquisition component is mounted on an elevator traction machine so as to acquire data required for calculating the slippage of a traction wheel steel wire rope and upload the data to the operation early warning assembly; thus, the operation early warning assembly can judge whether the elevator can operate safely or not according to the braking capacity of the elevator and the slippage of the traction wheel steel wire rope in multiple dimensions, the accuracy of abnormal operation detection of the traction elevator is improved, and therefore potential safety hazards in the operation process of the elevator can be found in time.

    本发明涉及电梯检测技术领域,尤其涉及一种曳引电梯安全运行检测装置,该曳引电梯安全运行检测装置中设有制动数据采集构件、滑移数据采集构件及运算预警组件,运算预警组件分别与制动数据采集构件及滑移数据采集构件通信连接;制动数据采集构件安装在电梯轿厢顶部,以采集计算电梯制动能力所需的数据,并将这些数据上传至运算预警组件;滑移数据采集构件安装在电梯曳引机上,以采集计算曳引轮钢丝绳滑移量所需的数据,并将这些数据上传至运算预警组件;如此,运算预警组件能够通过电梯制动能力和曳引轮钢丝绳滑移量多维度对电梯能否安全运行进行判断,提高了曳引电梯异常运行检测的准确性,从而能够及时发现电梯运行过程中的安全隐患。
