The invention belongs to an aircraft and a control method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems that a traditional electric tilting dual-rotor aircraft needs to adopt short wings and is insufficient in lift force in a cruising state, and landing floater structures of other traditional water aircrafts are heavy, so that the flight efficiency of the whole aircraft can be remarkably reduced. The tilt-rotor aircraft comprises a main fuselage, a central wing, an empennage, two power equipment cabins, an empennage, two tilting components, two outward-extending small wings and two sliding components, and control surfaces are further arranged on the central wing, the outward-extending small wings and the empennage and used for controlling pitching, yawing and rolling of the aircraft. Through the combination of all the components and the structural arrangement of all the components, the aircraft capable of vertically taking off and landing, sliding on the plane and cruising in the air is obtained, the lift force is sufficient, through the combination of the empennage and the sliding component, the structural weight can be effectively reduced, flight is not affected, and the flight efficiency of the whole aircraft can be fully guaranteed.
