The invention discloses a THDS system hot wheel and cold wheel intelligent discrimination method based on a big data technology, and belongs to the technical field of train detection. The invention aims to solve the problem that an existing hot wheel device cannot accurately detect the fault of a train braking system due to lack of an accurate discrimination model. Acquiring the temperature of each wheel rim on the train except the locomotive and the temperatures of the chassis on the left side and the right side in real time from a hot wheel detection station, calculating the background temperatures on the left side and the right side, and calculating the average temperature value of all the wheel rims on the left side and the right side of the train; processing the average temperature value of all wheel rims on the same side of each vehicle and the difference value between the temperature of each wheel rim and the background temperature according to the hot wheel forecasting model, and detecting whether each vehicle has a band-type brake fault or not; and processing the temperature average value of all wheel rims on the same side of each vehicle and the difference value between the temperature of each wheel rim and the background temperature according to the cold wheel forecasting model, and detecting whether the braking of each vehicle fails or not. The method is used for accurately detecting the hot wheel condition and the cold wheel condition of the train.

    基于大数据技术的THDS系统热轮、冷轮智能判别方法,属于列车检测技术领域。本发明为了解决现有热轮装置由于缺少精准的判别模型导致未能准确检测列车制动系统故障的问题。从热轮探测站实时获取除机车外的列车上每个车轮轮辋的温度和左右侧车底架温度,计算左右侧背景温度和计算列车左右侧上所有车轮轮辋的温度平均值;根据热轮预报模型对每辆同侧上所有车轮轮辋的温度平均值和每个车轮轮辋的温度与背景温度的差值进行处理,检测每辆车是否出现抱闸制动故障,根据冷轮预报模型对每辆同侧上所有车轮轮辋的温度平均值和每个车轮轮辋的温度与背景温度的差值进行处理,检测每辆车是否制动失效。本发明用于准确检测列车热轮情况和冷轮情况。
