The invention discloses a sightseeing vehicle carrying an air cooling type fuel cell system, and relates to the technical field of hydrogen energy application. The fuel cell system is of an air cooling type and comprises a hydrogen subsystem, an electric pile, a fan and a fuel cell control system; the hydrogen subsystem comprises a solid hydrogen storage device, a pressure reducing valve, an electromagnetic valve, a pressure sensor and the like, the hydrogen subsystem is connected with the electric pile through a pipeline, and the fan is mounted on the electric pile. A buckle type rapid device is adopted between a solid hydrogen storage device and a pressure reducing valve in the hydrogen supply subsystem, and the sightseeing bus can achieve the rapid energy supplementing function within 10 seconds in the operation process; and the air supply subsystem, the hydrothermal management subsystem and the cooling system of the fuel cell system are replaced by the fans, so that components using the air subsystem and the hydrothermal management subsystem are reduced, the logic of the whole control system is greatly simplified, and the volume is smaller, the structure is more compact and the cost is lower while the output of the system performance is ensured.
本发明公开了一种搭载空冷型燃料电池系统的观光车,涉及氢能应用技术领域。燃料电池系统为空冷型,燃料电池系统包含氢气子系统、电堆、风扇及燃料电池控制系统;氢气子系统包含固态储氢器,减压阀,电磁阀及压力传感器等,氢气子系统与电堆通过管路连接,风扇安装在电堆上。本发明专利供氢子系统中的固态储氢器与减压阀之间采用的是卡扣式快捷装置,观光车在运营过程中可实现在10S内进行快速补能功能;并且燃料电池系统空气供应子系统、水热管理子系统及冷却系统采用风扇替代,不但减少使用空气子系统及水热管理子系统的部件,同时使得整个控制系统逻辑大大简化,在保证了系统性能的输出的同时,体积更小,结构更加紧凑,成本更低。
