The invention provides an explosion-proof early warning system and method for automobile safety monitoring. The explosion-proof early warning system comprises a battery state information acquisition module, a charging monitoring module and an explosion-proof early warning module which are connected with one another, the battery state acquisition module is used for performing real-time voltage value, current value and temperature value data acquisition on an electric vehicle battery; the charging monitoring module is used for constructing a battery charging state model, simulating the charging state of the battery pack in the charging process of the battery pack, comparing the charging state with actually measured data, and generating early warning information when abnormity exists; the anti-explosion early warning module is used for judging whether the battery is abnormal or not in the running process of the electric vehicle according to the collected data, and early warning is conducted when it is judged that the battery is abnormal; and the anti-explosion early warning module is also used for performing anti-explosion early warning in the battery charging process according to the early warning information of the charging monitoring module. According to the invention, the accuracy of data acquisition is further improved, fault monitoring of the battery of the electric vehicle in a normal state and an abnormal state is realized, and accidents of the electric vehicle are effectively avoided.

    本发明提供了一种用于汽车安全监测的防爆预警系统及方法,包括互相连接的电池状态信息采集模块、充电监测模块、防爆预警模块;电池状态采集模块用于对电动汽车电池进行实时电压值、电流值以及温度值数据采集;充电监测模块用于构建电池充电状态模型,在电池组充电过程中对电池组的充电状态进行模拟,并与实测数据进行对比,当存在异常时生成预警信息;防爆预警模块用于根据采集数据判断电动汽车行驶过程中电池是否存在异常,当判断存在异常时进行预警;还用于根据充电监测模块的预警信息进行电池充电过程中的防爆预警。本发明进一步提高了数据采集的精确性,同时实现了电动汽车电池正常状态和异常状态下的故障监测,有效避免电动汽车事故发生。
