According to the device and the method, photovoltaic power generation is carried out by utilizing the water surfaces of the upper reservoir and the lower reservoir, and reliable use under the conditions of large water level amplitude and large water surface area change is realized.
本发明提供一种缆锚式水面光伏装置及方法,属于库面光伏发电设备领域,包括变径型浮筒发电装置和若干缆锚定位装置,变径型浮筒发电装置包括中心浮板机构和周向浮板机构,中心浮板机构与周向浮板机构之间通过径向伸缩机构连接,中心浮板机构上侧设置中心光伏板,周向浮板机构上侧设有若干周向光伏板机构,周向浮板机构包括若干周向浮板块,周向浮板块之间通过环向伸缩机构连接;缆锚定位装置设置在库坡上,包括设置在库坡上的不同高程的两个缆锚,两个缆锚之间连接缆绳,周向浮板机构通过拉绳与缆绳连接,拉绳端部设有沿缆绳滑动的挂环。该装置和方法利用上下库水面进行光伏发电,实现了在大水位变幅、大水面面积变化条件下的可靠使用。
