The invention discloses a battery voltage balance control system and method, and relates to the technical field of battery management. A voltage balance control unit of the control system is respectively connected with a plurality of battery branches, a plurality of first contactors, a plurality of second contactors and a plurality of adjustable resistors; and acquiring the voltage of each battery branch, calculating the voltage difference value of any two battery branches, if a certain voltage difference value is not less than a preset voltage value, controlling the first contactor and the second contactor of the related battery branch to act, and adjusting the resistance value of the adjustable resistor of the related battery branch until all the voltage difference values are less than the preset voltage value. According to the control system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the voltage of the plurality of battery branches is obtained through the voltage balance control unit, the voltage of one battery branch is controlled by adjusting the resistance value of the adjustable resistor of the battery branch, and the voltage difference value of the battery branches is reduced, so that the battery branches are safely connected in parallel without generating large current impact; and the arc discharge phenomenon is avoided, so that the personnel safety is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种电池电压均衡控制系统及方法,涉及电池管理技术领域,所述控制系统的电压均衡控制单元分别与多条电池支路、多个第一接触器、多个第二接触器、多个可调电阻连接,且获取每条电池支路的电压计算任意两条电池支路的电压差值,若某一电压差值不小于预设电压值,则控制相关电池支路的第一接触器和第二接触器动作,并调节相关电池支路的可调电阻的阻值,直至所有电压差值小于预设电压值。本发明实施例的控制系统通过电压均衡控制单元获取多条电池支路的电压,并通过调节某一电池支路的可调电阻的阻值控制该电池支路电压,缩小各电池支路的电压差值,使各电池支路安全并联,不会产生大电流冲击,也不会出现拉弧现象,保证了人员安全。
