The invention provides a low-altitude traffic rescue scheduling method under a hard shoulder open condition of an expressway. The method mainly comprises the following steps: collecting and analyzing the real-time traffic condition of a hard shoulder open section of the expressway through portal monitoring, unmanned aerial vehicle patrol and an alarm platform; when it is detected that an accident occurs in the hard road shoulder area, the system uploads the accident position; the dispatching system dispatches an adjacent unmanned aerial vehicle to verify the accident condition and classifies the accident condition according to the accident influence degree; according to the severity and position of the accident, a low-altitude traffic emergency scheduling model is utilized to determine the grouping number and task type of unmanned aerial vehicles and helicopters; and after the accident is handled, the rescue marshalling group returns to the take-off and landing point, and the decision support task group performs hard shoulder reopening evaluation and judges whether to continue to open for passing or not. And if the hard shoulder can continue to open, the system releases the emergency response, restores the normal states of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the monitoring equipment, and re-plans the inspection task of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
本发明提出了一种高速公路硬路肩开放条件下低空交通救援调度方法,主要包括以下步骤:通过门架监控、无人机巡查及报警平台收集和分析高速公路硬路肩开放路段的实时交通状况;当检测到硬路肩区域发生事故时,系统上传事故位置;调度系统派遣临近无人机核实事故情况,并根据事故影响程度进行分类;根据事故严重性及位置,利用低空交通应急调度模型确定无人机和直升机的编组数量及任务类型;事故处理后,救援编组返回起降点,决策支援任务组则进行硬路肩重开放评估,判断是否继续开放通行。如果硬路肩可继续开放,系统将解除应急响应,恢复无人机和监控设备的正常状态,并重新规划无人机巡检任务。
