The invention relates to the technical field of road traffic safety, and discloses an expressway intelligent informatization ETC charging device, which comprises an on-board unit (OBU) used for being installed on a vehicle to store and transmit vehicle information; the road side unit (RSU) is arranged in a highway toll collection area and is used for receiving the vehicle information from the vehicle-mounted unit and sending the information to the central control system; the antenna is connected to the road side unit and is used for performing wireless communication with a vehicle-mounted unit; the central control system is connected to the road side unit and used for processing the received vehicle information and controlling the charging process; and the behavior prediction module is used for predicting the driving path and behavior of the vehicle based on the historical data and the real-time state of the vehicle. By integrating a behavior prediction module, a self-adaptive charging adjustment module and a traffic collaborative management module, the system can dynamically adjust a charging strategy and traffic flow control based on real-time data and environmental information.
