A cross beam is connected to the frame body in a sliding manner; a crane body is connected to the cross beam in a sliding manner; the bottom end of the crane body is connected with a steel wire; the bottom end of the steel wire is fixedly connected with a connecting block; the bottom end of the connecting block is fixedly connected with a steel hook; after goods are connected with the steel hook, a steel wire is moved through a crane body, so that the goods are lifted, when a heavy object is lifted to an upper limit position, the goods extrude a limiting top plate to enable a sliding rod to slide, the sliding rod slides to enable a sliding plate to return, and sliding of the sliding plate enables hydraulic oil in a hydraulic cylinder to flow from an oil hole; the hydraulic oil flows to buffer the impact force of the goods, so that the height position of the goods is limited, the situation that the crane body shakes due to collision caused by rising of the goods is avoided, the sliding plate can be slowly reset through the hydraulic oil due to the elasticity of the reset spring, and the goods cannot rebound due to the elasticity of the reset spring.

    本发明公开了一种起重机起升高度限位装置,涉及起重机技术领域,包括架体;所述架体上滑动连接有横梁;所述横梁上滑动连接有起重机体;所述起重机体的底端连接有钢丝;所述钢丝的底端固接有连接块;所述连接块的底端固接有钢钩;通过货物与钢钩连接后通过起重机体使钢丝移动,从而使货物上升,当重物提升至上极限位置时,货物会挤压限位顶板从而使滑杆滑动,滑杆的滑动进而使滑板还得,滑板的滑动会是液压缸内部的液压油从油孔内流动,液压油的流动会缓冲货物的冲击力,从而限定货物的高度位置,避免货物升高对起重机体的碰撞而发生晃动,复位弹簧的弹性可以通过液压油使滑板缓慢的复位,不会因为复位弹簧的弹性使货物反弹。
