The invention discloses an escalator truss online monitoring and early warning system and method based on a cloud platform, and is applied to the technical field of truss stability analysis. The system comprises a cloud platform, monitoring terminals, a sensor assembly and image acquisition equipment, the cloud platform is connected with the multiple monitoring terminals, the image acquisition equipment is fixed to the two sides of a stair frame of the escalator and used for acquiring image information of a truss of the escalator and transmitting the image information to the monitoring terminals, and the sensor assembly is installed at the key position of the truss of the escalator. Sensing data is collected and transmitted to the monitoring terminal for early warning, and the cloud platform stores the monitoring data and generates a truss early warning information base. According to the system, truss structure information is collected in multiple directions according to operation characteristics of the escalator, three-dimensional modeling is carried out, the escalator truss can be monitored in real time, and the monitoring terminal can position defect coordinates such as corrosion, cracks and local deformation of the truss and analyze existing risks.

    本发明公开了一种基于云平台的自动扶梯桁架在线监测预警系统及方法,应用于桁架稳定性分析技术领域。系统包括云平台、监控终端、传感器组件和图像采集设备,云平台与多个监控终端连接,图像采集设备固定在自动扶梯的梯级架两侧,采集自动扶梯桁架图像信息传输至监控终端,传感器组件安装在自动扶梯桁架的关键位置上,采集传感数据并传输至监控终端进行预警,云平台存储监测数据并生成桁架预警信息库。本发明根据自动扶梯的运行特点多方位采集桁架结构信息,进行三维建模,能够实时监测自动扶梯桁架,监控终端可以对桁架的锈蚀、裂纹、局部形变等缺陷坐标进行定位,并且对存在的风险进行分析。
