The invention discloses a building facade detection robot and a building facade hollowing intelligent detection method, and the robot comprises an equipment chassis which is internally provided with a control assembly; the bottom is used for facing a building facade and is provided with a detection assembly; the mechanical walking feet are arranged on the side edge of the equipment chassis; four side edges of the equipment chassis are respectively provided with two mechanical step feet; negative pressure suction cups are arranged at the tail ends of the mechanical step feet, and the negative pressure suction cups are connected with an air pump module in the equipment chassis through air pipe assemblies and used for driving the negative pressure suction cups to be adsorbed to the outer vertical face of a building; each joint module of the mechanical step foot comprises a servo motor; the control assembly is electrically connected with the servo motors of the joint modules and the air pump module. According to the robot, the detection efficiency can be remarkably improved, a large-area external facade area can be quickly covered, and the problems of low efficiency and fatigue caused by manual knocking detection are solved.

    本发明公开了一种建筑外立面检测机器人及建筑外立面空鼓智能检测方法,该机器人包括:设备底盘,内置有控制组件;其底部用于朝向建筑外立面,设置有检测组件;机械步足,设置在所述设备底盘的侧边;所述设备底盘的四个侧边各设置有两条所述机械步足;所述机械步足的末端设置有负压吸盘,所述负压吸盘通过气管组件与所述设备底盘中的气泵模块连接,用于驱动所述负压吸盘吸附于建筑外立面;所述机械步足的各关节模块包括伺服电机;所述控制组件与各所述关节模块的伺服电机以及所述气泵模块电性连接。该机器人可以显著地提高检测效率,快速地覆盖大面积的外立面区域,避免了人工敲击检测的低效和疲劳问题。
