The invention discloses a machine vision and auxiliary coil combined foreign matter detection method for a wireless charging system. The method comprises the following steps: 1, making a data set; 2, a YOLOv8 detection model is improved; 3, acquiring an image before wireless charging of the electric vehicle, transmitting the image to a computer terminal, performing foreign matter detection on the computer terminal by using an improved YOLOv8 detection model, and returning a detection result to the charging coil controller; if it is judged that the foreign matter exists, charging is forbidden, and charging can be continued after the foreign matter is removed; if no foreign matter exists, charging is started; 4, when the electric vehicle begins to be charged, metal foreign matter detection is carried out by using a planar central symmetry type auxiliary coil, and a detection result is returned to the charging coil controller; if the planar centrosymmetric auxiliary coil detects the metal foreign matter, charging is stopped immediately; and if no metal foreign matter is detected, continuously charging until the charging is finished. According to the invention, the detection blind area can be effectively eliminated, the wireless charging efficiency of the electric vehicle is improved, and the wireless charging safety is ensured.

    一种结合机器视觉与辅助线圈的无线充电系统异物检测方法,包括步骤:一、制作数据集;二、改进YOLOv8检测模型;三、采集电动汽车无线充电前的图像,将图像传输至计算机终端,在计算机终端使用改进YOLOv8检测模型进行异物检测,并将检测结果返回至充电线圈控制器;若判断为有异物,则禁止充电,清除异物后可继续充电;若没有异物则开始充电;四、当电动汽车开始充电时,使用平面中心对称式辅助线圈进行金属异物检测,并将检测结果返回至充电线圈控制器;若平面中心对称式辅助线圈检测到金属异物,则立即停止充电;若没有检测到金属异物,则继续充电直至充电结束。本发明能有效地消除检测盲区,提高电动汽车无线充电效率,保障无线充电安全。
