The invention relates to a battery pack abnormity early warning method and a battery pack abnormity early warning device. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring multiple open-circuit voltage data of battery packs of multiple vehicles; obtaining a plurality of target charge state differences of all battery cells of the plurality of vehicles at different preset time based on the plurality of open-circuit voltage data; determining a target charge state difference range of each battery cell according to the distribution of the plurality of target charge state differences along with time; whether the current target charge state difference of the current vehicle is within the target charge state difference range or not is judged, and if the current target charge state difference of the current vehicle is within the target charge state difference range, a battery pack of the current vehicle is marked to be normal; and if the current target state-of-charge difference of the current vehicle is out of the target state-of-charge difference range, carrying out early warning on the abnormality of the battery pack of the current vehicle. According to the invention, whether the state of charge of the single cell level is abnormal can be judged, and the safety of the whole vehicle is improved.

    本申请涉及一种电池包异常预警方法及电池包异常预警装置,方法包括:获取多个车辆的电池包的多份开路电压数据;基于多份开路电压数据得到多个车辆的所有电芯在不同预设时间的多个目标荷电状态差异;根据多个目标荷电状态差异随时间的分布确定各电芯的目标荷电状态差异范围;判断当前车辆的当前目标荷电状态差异是否位于目标荷电状态差异范围内,若当前车辆的当前目标荷电状态差异位于目标荷电状态差异范围内,则标记当前车辆的电池包正常;若当前车辆的当前目标荷电状态差异位于目标荷电状态差异范围外,则对当前车辆的电池包异常进行预警。本申请能够实现单体电芯级别的荷电状态是否异常的判断,提升整车的安全性。
