By means of the scheme, the battery packs are arranged on the vehicle in a distributed mode, the distance is kept between the battery packs, the protection difficulty and disaster spreading of the battery packs are reduced, and more escape and rescue time is won. The loads are classified and then connected with different battery packs, so that the battery packs can be set based on the types of the loads, and various batteries are mixed and used on the same vehicle.
