A self-powered ocean monitoring device comprises a working platform, a monitoring mechanism, a solar energy conversion mechanism, a wind energy conversion mechanism and a wave energy conversion mechanism. A solar energy conversion mechanism, a wind energy conversion mechanism and a wave energy conversion mechanism are arranged on the working platform; the solar energy conversion mechanism, the wind energy conversion mechanism and the wave energy conversion mechanism are used for converting solar energy, wind energy and wave energy into electric energy and supplying power to the monitoring mechanism. According to the self-powered ocean monitoring device, wave energy, wind energy and solar energy in the ocean are all converted into electric energy, power is stably and continuously supplied to the monitoring device, and the structure is simple.
