本发明提出一种电池充电降温系统及充电系统,属于充电技术领域,包括:控制器、水泵、温度传感器、悬吊架以及在承载体上开设的冷却池和充电池;冷却池和充电池均嵌入承载体内,冷却池通过输液管与充电池连通,且水泵设置于输液管上;悬吊架设置于承载体上;温度传感器设置于充电池,控制器分别与温度传感器和水泵电连接;悬吊架用于悬吊浸入充电池的充电电池,控制器用于根据温度传感器控制水泵的工作状态。从而将充电电池经薄膜防水套悬吊后浸入充电池内,以边充电边降热,使充电电池始终保持在较低温度,减小电池燃烧的几率以及降低电池燃爆损失。此外,冷却池和充电池之间进行冷却液循环,使充电池中的冷却液始终保持在低温状态。
