The fin ray comprises a cam driving mechanism and a fin ray swing mechanism, the fin ray swing mechanism comprises a connecting rod and a joint component, the connecting rod and the joint component form a compression unit of an X-shaped structure which is sequentially connected in the radial direction, and the cam driving mechanism comprises cams with unequal diameters. The cam is connected with the joint point of the compression unit through a rope and drives the compression unit to form a swing angle.
