According to the technical scheme, the collected piezoelectric signals are not prone to being influenced by environmental factors, the rainfall scene can be accurately determined according to the rainfall characteristic values obtained through calculation of the piezoelectric signals, and therefore the accuracy of windscreen wiper control can be improved.
