The invention relates to the technical field of fuel cell vehicle energy management, and discloses an energy management method, device and equipment of a fuel cell vehicle and a medium, and the fuel cell vehicle adopts a fuel cell and lithium battery combined mode to supply power to a motor load; the method comprises the steps of obtaining required power of a motor load and residual electric quantity of a lithium battery; based on a preset residual electric quantity threshold value and an equivalent hydrogen consumption objective function constructed by the residual electric quantity, determining the optimal output power of the fuel cell corresponding to the minimum equivalent hydrogen consumption objective function; determining adjustment power for adjusting the fuel cell based on the optimal output power of the fuel cell and a preset fuel cell output power threshold value; and dynamically adjusting the output power of the fuel cell and the output power of the lithium battery based on the adjustment power and the required power. According to the invention, real-time changing motor load requirements can be responded, continuous and stable power supply is ensured, and the service lives of the lithium battery and the fuel battery can be prolonged to the greatest extent.
