The invention discloses a new energy vehicle integrated thermal management system based on a heat pump air conditioner, and relates to the technical field of vehicle air conditioning systems, and the technical scheme is characterized in that a battery, a motor and a controller thereof, and a passenger compartment thermal management system are integrated on the basis of an existing vehicle air conditioning system and a heat pump air conditioning system, and an air heating PTC is adopted as an auxiliary. According to the scheme that a heat pump air conditioner is mainly adopted, the heat pump air conditioner is matched with an air heating PTC to solve the problem that the efficiency of the heat pump air conditioner is low at the low temperature, a three-way adjusting valve is connected with a water cooling condenser branch and a water heating PTC branch to serve as a bridge for waste heat recovery of a motor and a battery, waste heat is provided for an air conditioner loop, and therefore energy consumption of a heat pump system is further reduced; in addition, when the temperature of the cooling liquid is too high, part of heat can be dissipated through the three-way adjusting valve by means of the radiator, the four-way valve is adopted to complete switching of the flow direction of the refrigerant, and the integration degree is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于热泵空调的新能源车集成式热管理系统,涉及汽车空调系统技术领域,其技术方案要点是:在现有整车空调系统的基础上,以热泵空调系统为基础,集成电池、电机及其控制器、乘员舱热管理系统,采用于风暖PTC为辅,热泵空调为主的方案,热泵空调配合风暖PTC以解决低温时热泵空调效率低的问题,并通过三通调节阀连接水冷冷凝器支路与水暖PTC支路,作为电机及电池余热回收的桥梁,将废热提供给空调回路,以进一步降低热泵系统能耗,还考虑到当冷却液温度过高时,能够通过三通调节阀将一部分热通过散热器散热,采用四通阀完成冷媒流向的切换,进一步提高了集成度。
