The invention discloses a floating type wind power installation platform heaving plate construction method, and relates to the technical field of offshore wind power installation platform construction.The method comprises the following steps that a first subsection, a second subsection, a third subsection and a fourth subsection are manufactured respectively, and then the first subsection and the second subsection are assembled; the total assembly lifting hook lifts the first branch part and the second branch part through a total assembly rope assembling method, hoisting total assembly is completed, and the total assembly rope assembling method comprises the steps that two through first-level steel wire ropes are arranged on the two sides of the total assembly lifting hook correspondingly, two second-level steel wire ropes are arranged below each first-level steel wire rope, and the second-level steel wire ropes are arranged below each second-level steel wire rope; the second hoisting group and the third hoisting group are respectively hung by the two second-level steel wire ropes positioned on the inner side, the two second-level steel wire ropes positioned on the inner side are arranged in a passing way, the first hoisting group and the fourth hoisting group are respectively hung by the two second-level steel wire ropes positioned on the outer side, and the two second-level steel wire ropes positioned on the outer side are not arranged in a passing way. According to the application, manufacturing and precision control of the heaving plate are facilitated, and hoisting of the heaving plate at any positioning angle is completed.
