According to the liquid tank hoisting method meeting the multiple hoisting working conditions, two reinforcing rings are arranged at the head and the tail of a liquid tank, hoisting eye plates are arranged on the reinforcing rings, and two hoisting eye plates are arranged on each reinforcing ring; the mounting positions of the four hoisting eye plates are determined firstly, then the mounting angles of the hoisting eye plates are determined, and the plane where the four hoisting eye plates are located is perpendicular to the horizontal plane; the planes where the four hoisting eye plates are located all meet the geometric center of the liquid tank. After the installation position and the installation angle of the hoisting eye plate are determined, single-hook hoisting or multi-hook hoisting can be adopted, a special setting method is adopted when the hoisting eye plate is arranged on the liquid tank, and the requirements of two hoisting working conditions for the limiting range of the included angle of the sling can be met at the same time in cooperation with a specific hoisting method; a hanging beam hoisting mode is not needed, and the manufacturing cost of a hanging beam is saved. Meanwhile, compared with a lifting beam lifting mode, the construction times of connecting and disassembling the sling in the lifting construction are reduced, the process is simplified, and the lifting operation efficiency is improved.

    一种满足多吊装工况的液罐吊装方法,在液罐首尾设置有两个加强环,加强环上设置吊装眼板,每个加强环上设置两枚吊装眼板;先确定四枚吊装眼板的安装位置,再确定吊装眼板的安装角度,四枚吊装眼板所在平面满足与水平面垂直;四枚吊装眼板所在平面都满足通过液罐的几何中心。吊装眼板的安装位置与安装角度确定好后,可采用单吊钩吊装或者采用多吊钩吊装,在液罐上设置吊装眼板时采用特殊的设置方法,配合具体的吊装方法,能够同时满足两种吊装工况对于吊索具夹角的限制范围要求,无需采用吊梁吊装方式,省去了吊梁制作成本。同时,本方法相比吊梁吊装方式,减少了吊装施工中连接、拆卸吊索具的施工次数,简化工艺,提升吊装作业效率。
