The invention discloses a piezoelectric-driven underwater vector propeller, and belongs to the field of micro-miniature unmanned underwater vehicles. The device comprises a piezoelectric jet unit, a vector reversing mechanism and a pre-tightening force adjusting mechanism. The vector reversing mechanism takes piezoelectric drive as a main power source and is used for driving the vector reversing mechanism to steer. The piezoelectric jet flow unit is responsible for providing main thrust and is connected with the vector reversing mechanism to form a spherical pair, and underwater multi-angle driving is achieved. The underwater vector propeller disclosed by the invention does not need any compression-resistant device, is easy to realize microminiaturization and modularization, can be integrated on other aircrafts for use, and can perform underwater operation only after simple static sealing insulation treatment is performed on the piezoelectric vibrators during use. The invention has the characteristics of small volume, electromagnetic interference resistance, high commutation precision and integration modularization.
