The invention relates to the technical field of battery swapping, and discloses a hoisting type battery box positioning and swapping system and a vehicle swapping station, the system comprises a distance measuring module which is installed at a first preset position in the swapping station and is used for detecting the distance between a battery box and the first preset position, and the first preset position comprises a plurality of preset points in the swapping station; the controller is in communication connection with the distance measuring module and the battery replacement moving module and used for obtaining the distance between the battery box and the first preset position, determining the actual position of the battery box according to the distance between the battery box and the first preset position and generating a control instruction according to the actual position of the battery box; and the battery replacement mobile module is used for replacing the battery according to the control instruction. The distance between the battery box and the first preset position is measured through the distance measuring module, then the actual position of the battery is determined, the recognition precision of the position of the battery box is improved, the battery replacement moving module is controlled to replace the battery according to the actual position of the battery, and the efficiency and reliability of automatic battery replacement are improved.

    本发明涉及电池换电技术领域,公开了一种吊装式电池箱定位及换电系统、车辆换电站,系统包括测距模块,其安装在换电站内的第一预设位置,用于检测电池箱到第一预设位置的距离,第一预设位置包括换电站内多个预设点;控制器,其分别与测距模块、换电移动模块通信连接,用于获取电池箱到第一预设位置的距离,并根据电池箱到第一预设位置的距离确定电池箱的实际位置,根据电池箱的实际位置生成控制指令;换电移动模块,用于根据控制指令更换电池。本发明利用测距模块测量电池箱到第一预设位置的距离,进而确定电池的实际位置,提高了对电池箱位置的识别精度,根据电池的实际位置控制换电移动模块更换电池,提高了自动更换电池的效率和可靠性。
