The shape of the cross section of the transition block is a circular ring formed by connecting a plurality of semicircles end to end and tangent every two adjacent semicircles, the first connecting holes and the second connecting holes are mutually spaced in the circumferential direction of the tubular body, and each first connecting hole and each second connecting hole correspond to the circle center of one semicircle respectively; the wheel further comprises a plurality of check blocks, and the check blocks are connected to the first rim mounting flange. The wheel spacing adjusting device can adjust the wheel spacing according to actual requirements and can be suitable for wheel spacing adjustment within a large-size range.
