According to the interior trim product, the basalt fiber composite material is adopted as the framework layer, compared with a traditional framework layer, the interior trim product is more environmentally friendly, the product performance is met, and meanwhile light weight can be achieved. Moreover, the hot melt adhesive net film is adopted to replace a traditional PE adhesive film or adhesive powder, the hot melt adhesive net film and the heated basalt material can be fully melted, the fabric adhesion is high after the product is formed, and the flatness and stability of the fabric layer can be ensured.
本发明涉及一种汽车内饰产品,包括有骨架层、面料层,其特征在于:还包括有热熔胶网膜层;所述骨架层为玄武岩复合材料骨架层;通过热熔胶网膜层将玄武岩复合材料骨架层与面料层一体粘接成型。本发明内饰产品采用玄武岩纤维复合材料为骨架层,相较于传统骨架层更为环保,且满足产品性能同时可实现轻量化。而且,采用热熔胶网膜替代传统的PE胶膜或胶粉,能与加热后的玄武岩材料充分融化,且产品成型后面料粘接强,可以确保面料层的平整度和稳定性。
