The invention belongs to the field of urban traffic control, and provides a traffic control method based on an urban signalized intersection timing optimization model, which comprises the following steps: step 1, on the basis of motor vehicle specific power VSP, respectively calibrating NOx emission factors of vehicles of different energy types; and step 2, constructing a signalized intersection timing optimization model by taking vehicle average NOx emission, vehicle average delay and average parking times in an intersection range as optimization objectives, and solving the signalized intersection timing optimization model by using a genetic algorithm to obtain a comprehensive signal optimal timing optimization scheme for balancing environmental influence and traffic efficiency. Therefore, an effective basis is provided for urban traffic management and policy making. By optimizing the intersection signal timing scheme, the traffic passing efficiency is improved, the vehicle delay and parking times are reduced, and meanwhile exhaust emission is remarkably reduced; the traffic efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the environmental benefits are effectively improved, and the method has certain practical significance and application value.

    本发明属于城市交通控制领域,提出了基于城市信号交叉口配时优化模型的交通控制方法,包括步骤:步骤1:基于机动车比功率VSP,分别对不同能源类型车辆的NOx排放因子进行标定;步骤2:以交叉口范围内车均NOx排放、车均延误以及平均停车次数为优化目标,构建信号交叉口配时优化模型,并运用遗传算法对其进行求解,得到平衡环境影响和交通效率的综合信号最优配时优化方案,从而为城市交通管理和政策制定提供有效依据。本申请通过优化交叉口信号配时方案,不仅提高了交通通行效率,减少了车辆延误和停车次数,同时也显著降低了尾气排放;在提升通行效率的同时,也有效提升了环境效益,具有一定的实际意义与应用价值。
