The invention relates to a frame and pull rod integrated converter valve auxiliary maintenance device and method, and the device is characterized in that the device comprises an electric reactor maintenance auxiliary unit and a silicon stack maintenance auxiliary unit which are connected with a valve tower assembly of a converter valve, and the electric reactor maintenance auxiliary unit comprises an electric reactor hoisting member and an electric reactor placement platform; the frame and pull rod integrated converter valve tower is used as a support of an electric reactor hoisting component, and the electric reactor can be hoisted, pushed and pulled in place in cooperation with the electric reactor placement platform; the silicon stack maintenance auxiliary unit comprises a silicon stack hoisting component and a silicon stack supporting mechanism, a valve tower of the frame and pull rod integrated converter valve is used as a support of the silicon stack hoisting component, and the silicon stack can be hoisted and pushed and pulled in place in cooperation with the silicon stack supporting mechanism. According to the method, external hoisting equipment is not needed, installation is convenient, efficiency is high, meanwhile, limitation and constraint of the space of the valve layer are avoided, and maintenance of the electric reactor and the silicon stack assembly of any valve layer of the frame and pull rod integrated converter valve tower can be achieved.

    本发明涉及一种框架拉杆一体式换流阀辅助检修装置及检修方法,其创新点在于:包括与换流阀的阀塔装配连接的电抗器检修辅助单元和硅堆检修辅助单元,所述电抗器检修辅助单元包括电抗器吊装构件和电抗器安置平台,通过利用框架拉杆一体式换流阀阀塔作为电抗器吊装构件的支撑,配合电抗器安置平台可将电抗器吊装并推拉到位;所述硅堆检修辅助单元包括硅堆吊装构件和硅堆支撑机构,通过利用框架拉杆一体式换流阀的阀塔作为硅堆吊装构件的支撑,配合硅堆支撑机构可将硅堆吊装并推拉到位。本发明无需借助外部吊装设备,安装方便且效率高,同时,也不受阀层空间的限制和约束,可以实现框架拉杆一体式换流阀阀塔任意阀层的电抗器、硅堆组件检修。
