The maintenance cost is effectively controlled, meanwhile, when the maintenance level is selected, appropriate adjustment can be conducted according to the working environment of the engine, the situation that the maintenance effect of the engine cannot reach the expectation is prevented, flight safety is guaranteed, the service life of the engine is prolonged, the use cost of a user is reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.

    本发明公开了航空发动机维护技术领域的一种航空发动机主流道分级维护方法,本方法将发动机维护根据维护液的比例分为三个等级,发动机进行维护时采用的维护等级根据发动机的输出扭矩衰减量来决定,在每次飞行后,根据飞行时发动机的输出扭矩相对于发动机设计扭矩的衰减量来选择不同等级的维护,可以更好的控制发动机维护时的维护剂使用量,可以使维护剂的使用更加的准确,在保证发动机维护效果的同时,不会造成维护剂使用过量,有效控制维护的成本,同时在选择维护等级时,还会根据发动机的工作环境进行适当的调整,防止发动机维护效果达不到预期,保证飞行的安全,增加发动机的使用寿命,降低用户的使用成本,提升用户的使用体验。
