A power management module is installed near a center plate of a wagon body and used for controlling a storage battery to supply power to the derailment detection device when the vibration acceleration of the wagon body is larger than a preset threshold value, and otherwise, the power management module controls the derailment detection device to be powered off; the detection module is used for detecting the position of a wheel pair relative to a vehicle body through a correlation laser technology and transmitting a detection result to the diagnosis module; the diagnosis module is used for logically judging whether the vehicle is derailed according to the detection result, outputting a derailment signal to the execution module when identifying that the vehicle is derailed, and controlling the derailment detection device to be powered off after the system works for a short time when identifying that the vehicle is not derailed; and the execution module is used for controlling the train to brake emergently after receiving the derailment signal. The derailment detection device structure is convenient to mount and dismount, all equipment is mounted on a vehicle body, a connecting pull ring of the vehicle body and a bogie is omitted, and the workload of dismounting and mounting an automatic derailment device during vehicle landing is greatly reduced.

    本发明公开一种低功耗的铁路货车脱轨检测装置及方法,电源管理模块安装于车体心盘附近,电源管理模块用于当车体振动加速度大于预设阈值时控制蓄电池为脱轨检测装置供电,反之则控制脱轨检测装置断电;检测模块用于通过对射激光技术检测轮对相对车体位置,并将检测结果传输给诊断模块;诊断模块用于对检测结果进行逻辑判别车辆是否脱轨,当识别车辆脱轨时输出脱轨信号至执行模块,当识别车辆未脱轨时系统工作短暂时间后控制脱轨检测装置断电;执行模块用于当接收到脱轨信号后控制列车紧急制动。脱轨检测装置结构安装拆卸方便,所有设备均安装在车体上,取消了车体与转向架连接拉环,极大减少了车辆起落车时拆装脱轨自动装置的工作量。
