The invention provides a centralized charging and discharging device and a charging and discharging control method. The device comprises a centralized controller, a current limiting unit and a voltage conversion unit, the integrated controller is connected with the current limiting unit and the voltage conversion unit. Wherein the centralized controller is used for acquiring parameters of a power battery pack on each electric vehicle, and setting a current allowable range of the current limiting unit and a charging voltage level of the voltage conversion unit based on the parameters of the power battery pack; the current limiting unit is used for stabilizing the current in the charging loop within a current allowable range; and the voltage conversion unit is used for stabilizing the voltage of the charging and discharging port within a voltage range corresponding to the charging voltage grade. The charging and discharging safety of the power battery pack can be guaranteed, charging and discharging devices do not need to be additionally arranged for different electric automobiles, the charging and discharging cost is saved, and the occupied space is reduced.

    本发明提供一种集中式充放电装置及充放电控制方法,所述装置包括:集中控制器、限流单元和电压变换单元;集中控制器分别与限流单元和电压变换单元连接;其中,集中控制器用于获取各电动汽车上的动力电池组参数,并基于动力电池组参数设定限流单元的电流允许范围,以及电压变换单元的充电电压等级;限流单元用于将充电回路中的电流稳定在电流允许范围内;电压变换单元用于将充放电端口电压稳定在充电电压等级对应的电压范围内。本发明不仅能够保证动力电池组充放电安全,而且不需要针对不同电动汽车增设充放电装置,节约了充放电成本,减小了占地空间。
