The invention discloses a vehicle pump control servo suspension system and a control method thereof. The system comprises a plunger type cylinder, a pressure sensor, a hydraulic control one-way valve, a three-position damping switching valve, an energy accumulator, a controller, a servo motor, a two-way pump, an overflow valve, a one-way valve, a pressurization oil tank and a position sensor, is highly integrated and can be integrally and independently installed and used. The suspension damping has three selectable modes, namely a high-speed movement mode, an urban transportation mode and a mountain road surface mode; meanwhile, suspension is adjusted through an independent closed pump control servo system, a servo motor drags a bidirectional hydraulic pump to adjust and control the extension length of a plunger cylinder in real time, the suspension system can be actively adjusted according to the road condition and speed of vehicle running, it is guaranteed that the whole vehicle is kept horizontal in the running process, and the driving comfort of the vehicle is improved. According to the invention, the reliability is high, the insensitivity to oil pollution, the maintainability and the integration are improved, and the throttling loss is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种车辆泵控伺服悬挂系统及其控制方法,该系统包括柱塞缸、压力传感器、液控单向阀、三位阻尼切换阀、蓄能器、控制器、伺服电机、双向泵、溢流阀、单向阀、增压油箱、位置传感器,高集成并且该系统整体可独立安装使用。本发明的悬挂阻尼有三种模式可供选择,分别是高速运动模式、市区代步模式、山地路面模式;同时悬挂的调节采用独立闭式泵控伺服系统调节,伺服电机拖动双向液压泵实时调控柱塞缸伸出长度,可以根据车辆行驶的路况和速度主动调节悬挂系统,保证车辆行驶过程中整体保持水平,提高车辆的驾驶舒适度。本发明具有高可靠性,提高了对油液污染不敏感度、维护性、集成性,并减少节流损失。
