The invention relates to the technical field of automobiles, in particular to a full-active air suspension and an automobile. The full-active air suspension comprises a cantilever used for being connected with an axle and a damping device, the damping device comprises a valve seat assembly and a piston part, the valve seat assembly is connected with an automobile body, and the piston part comprises a first end and a second end which are opposite to each other in the first direction; the valve seat assembly comprises a first oil cylinder extending in the first direction, the first end of the piston part is arranged in the first oil cylinder so as to divide the first oil cylinder into a compression cylinder and a recovery cylinder, the first end of the piston part can slide in the first oil cylinder in the first direction, and the second end of the piston part is connected with the cantilever. According to the full-active air suspension and the automobile, the maneuvering performance, the acceleration performance and the comfort of the automobile are improved, and the service life of the air spring is prolonged.
