The invention provides a low-rolling-resistance high-wear-resistance liquid natural rubber modified graphene oxide/rubber composite material and a preparation method thereof. According to the method, natural rubber is degraded by adopting an oxidative degradation method to prepare liquid natural rubber; carrying out functional modification on the liquid natural rubber by using a silane coupling agent to obtain functional liquid natural rubber; graphene oxide and functionalized liquid natural rubber are uniformly mixed in a solvent, active groups in the functionalized liquid rubber and oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of graphene oxide are subjected to a chemical reaction, and liquid rubber modified graphene oxide is prepared; compounding the modified graphene oxide with rubber, a cross-linking agent, an anti-aging agent, a plasticizer and the like; and carrying out high-temperature vulcanization to obtain the liquid natural rubber modified graphene oxide/rubber composite material. And due to the lamellar structure of the graphene oxide, the rubber has excellent properties of low rolling resistance and high wear resistance at the same time.
本发明提供了一种低滚阻高耐磨液体天然橡胶改性氧化石墨烯/橡胶复合材料及制备方法,该方法采用氧化降解法降解天然橡胶制备液体天然橡胶;用硅烷偶联剂对液体天然橡胶进行功能化改性得到功能化液体天然橡胶;将氧化石墨烯与功能化液体天然橡胶在溶剂中均匀混合,利用功能化液体橡胶中的活性基团与氧化石墨烯表面的含氧官能团发生化学反应,制备得到液体橡胶改性的氧化石墨烯;将改性过的氧化石墨烯与橡胶、交联剂、防老剂、增塑剂等复合;经过高温硫化,得到液体天然橡胶改性氧化石墨烯/橡胶复合材料。氧化石墨烯的片层结构使橡胶同时拥有了低滚阻高耐磨的优良性能。
