The invention discloses tire tread rubber for a new energy heavy truck as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of tires for new energy heavy trucks. The tread rubber comprises 13-17 parts of butadiene rubber, 30-35 parts of low-molecular-weight trans-butadiene-polyisoprene rubber, 30-40 parts of butadiene styrene rubber, 35-40 parts of carbon black, 10-15 parts of modified white carbon black, 2-3 parts of a vulcanizing agent, 3-5 parts of an activating agent, 2-5 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1-2 parts of an accelerant and 1-2 parts of a scorch retarder. The modified white carbon black is obtained by modifying sulphaguanidine, active silica gel and dopamine. The modified white carbon black adopted by the tread rubber can participate in a cross-linking reaction of a rubber matrix, so that the dispersity of the white carbon black is further improved, various properties of the tread rubber are synergistically improved, and particularly, the low-noise property, the road holding force and the puncture resistance of a tire are improved.

    本申请公开了一种用于新能源重型卡车的轮胎胎面胶及制备方法和应用,属于新能源重型卡车用轮胎制备技术领域。该胎面胶包括:13‑17份顺丁橡胶、30‑35份低分子量反式丁二烯‑聚异戊二烯橡胶、30‑40份丁苯橡胶、35‑40份炭黑、10‑15份改性白炭黑、2‑3份硫化剂、3‑5份活化剂、2‑5份防老剂、1‑2份促进剂、1‑2份防焦剂;所述改性白炭黑为经过磺胺脒、活性硅胶和多巴胺改性得到的。该胎面胶采用的改性白炭黑能够参与橡胶基体的交联反应,从而进一步提高白炭黑的分散性,从而协同提高胎面胶的各方面性能,尤其是提高轮胎的低噪音性、抓地力和耐刺扎性能。
