The invention relates to the technical field of port automation equipment control and monitoring, in particular to a quay crane operation blind area monitoring system, which comprises the following steps: firstly, acquiring multi-dimensional environment data of an operation area, and generating optimized three-dimensional scene data through a self-adaptive modal distribution algorithm; then, performing risk assessment on the behavior characteristics and the equipment state by using a nonlinear prediction model, generating multi-level risk assessment data, and triggering early warning; and finally, real-time path adjustment and dynamic control of sling operation are realized through a self-adaptive control and self-correction module. According to the invention, the operation safety and precision of the lifting appliance and the capability of adapting to complex environments are obviously improved.
