The invention provides a cantilever component mounting device for offshore construction, which comprises a cross beam component and a longitudinal beam component which are mutually overlapped to form a cross shape, each of the cross beam component and the longitudinal beam component comprises two parallel I-shaped steel beams, and the cross beam component is positioned below a construction position and is fixedly connected with the two I-shaped steel beams of the longitudinal beam component in a welding manner; hoisting structures are arranged in the end areas of the two ends of the longitudinal beam component, and the two ends of each hoisting structure are fixedly connected with the two I-shaped steel beams of the longitudinal beam component correspondingly; a cross beam component is used for being in symmetrical lap joint with beam ends located on the two sides of a to-be-assembled prefabricated cantilever beam, a hoisting structure at one end of a longitudinal beam component is used for being connected to the installed prefabricated cantilever beam at the other end, opposite to the to-be-assembled position, of a pile cap, and the other end of the longitudinal beam component is used for being connected with a hoisting ring on the to-be-assembled prefabricated cantilever beam. And the position of the prefabricated cantilever beam to be installed on the pile cap and the position of the prefabricated cantilever beam installed on the opposite side are kept balanced and stable, so that fixed positioning between the prefabricated cantilever beam and the pile cap is facilitated.
