The invention discloses a rotor inserting and hoisting tool and an operation method thereof.The rotor inserting and hoisting tool comprises L-shaped steel, the L-shaped steel is hollow and used for horizontally moving the position of a positioned and installed rotor so that the rotor can be rapidly connected with an external shell in a sleeving and fixing mode, and a fixing hanging bracket is connected to the outside of the L-shaped steel in a rolling mode and used for fixing the rotor to the external shell in a sleeving and fixing mode. The positioning device is used for positioning and fixing the whole L-shaped steel. The positioning assembly is arranged outside the rotor, so that the rotor needing to be installed can be positioned and fixed, the rotor can be kept stable in the installation process, the adjusting mechanism is used in cooperation with the positioning assembly, and the fixed rotor can be subjected to lifting adjustment; the L-shaped steel is arranged on the base, the L-shaped steel can be located on the same horizontal plane with the center of the shell installed outside, then the efficiency in the installation process is improved, and the driving type hanging bracket is arranged outside, so that the adjusted rotor can be stably inserted into the shell through horizontal movement of the L-shaped steel.
本发明公开了一种插转子起吊工装及其操作方法,包括L型钢材,所述L型钢材为中空设置,用于对定位安装后的转子进行位置的水平移动,使其快速的与外部壳体进行套接固定,所述固定吊架滚动连接于L型钢材的外部,用于对整个L型钢材进行位置的定位固定。本发明通过在转子的外部设置有定位组件,使其能够对需要安装的转子进行定位固定,使其在安装中能够保持稳定,并且在此基础上配合使用有调节机构,使得固定后的转子能够进行升降调节,使其能够与外部所安装的壳体中心处于同一水平面,进而提高安装过程中的效率,以及在外部设置有驱动式的吊架,使得调节后的转子能够通过L型钢材的水平移动与壳体进行稳定的插入安装。
