The invention discloses a motor train unit motor train joint debugging test device and method. The device comprises a test end reconnection socket used for being connected with the TCMS of the motor vehicle through a reconnection plug. The joint debugging test bench is used for simulating interaction data of a trailer and a control vehicle, the joint debugging test bench comprises a CS, a WTB-GW, a CCU, an RIOM and a LonWorks/ETH GW, the WTB-GW, the CCU, the RIOM and the LonWorks/ETH GW are all in communication connection with the CS through an Ethernet bus, the WTB-GW is further in communication connection with a test end reconnection socket through a WTB reconnection line, and the LonWorks/ETH GW is in communication connection with the test end reconnection socket through a trailer data line. The communication data of the trailer and the control vehicle is effectively simulated, the marshalling data transmission environment among the trailer, the control vehicle and the motor vehicle is completely restored in the independent debugging process of the motor vehicle, complete compatibility is achieved among various power concentration motor train unit series vehicle types, effective marshalling experiments before the motor vehicle leaves a factory are achieved, and the system is suitable for popularization and application. And meanwhile, the universality of the joint debugging test device is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种动车组动力车联调试验装置及方法。装置包括用于通过重联插头与动力车TCMS系统相连的试验端重联插座;用于模拟拖车和控制车交互数据的联调试验台,所述联调试验台包括CS、WTB‑GW、CCU、RIOM及LonWorks/ETH GW,其中WTB‑GW、CCU、RIOM及LonWorks/ETH GW均通过以太网总线与CS通信连接,WTB‑GW还通过WTB重联线与试验端重联插座通信连接,LonWorks/ETH GW通过拖车数据线与试验端重联插座通信连接。本发明通过有效模拟拖车及控制车通信数据,在动力车独立调试过程中完全还原拖车、控制车与动力车之间的编组数据传输环境,在多种动力集中动车组系列车型之间完全兼容,不仅实现了动力车出厂前的有效编组实验,同时进一步提高了联调试验装置的通用性。
