The invention discloses an edge-covering-free carbon sliding plate and a preparation method thereof.The edge-covering-free carbon sliding plate comprises a carbon strip, a carbon fiber net and an aluminum bracket, the carbon fiber net is laid on the bottom face layer of the carbon strip, and the carbon fiber net is turned over by 30-90 degrees to be connected with the side face of the carbon strip so that the carbon fiber net and the carbon strip can be connected into a whole; the aluminum bracket is adhered to the bottom of the carbon fiber net, the aluminum bracket adopts a concave structure with covered edges on two sides and no covered edge in the middle, and the part without the covered edge on the aluminum bracket corresponds to the abrasion part in the middle of the carbon strip. The carbon contact strip has the characteristics of compact structure, simple process, high abrasion limit, low cost and the like, and solves the problems of low abrasion limit and easy adhesion failure of the existing carbon contact strip.

    本发明公开的一种无包边碳滑板及其制备方法,无包边碳滑板包括:碳条、碳纤维网和铝托架,所述碳条底面层铺碳纤维网,所述碳纤维网翻折30°~90°与碳条侧面相连,以实现碳纤维网与碳条连接形成整体;所述铝托架粘接在碳纤维网底部,所述铝托架采用两侧带包边、中间无包边的“凹”字形结构,铝托架上无包边的部分与碳条中部的磨耗部位相对应。本发明具有结构紧凑、工艺简便、磨耗限度高且成本低廉等特点,解决了现有碳滑板磨耗限度低且容易粘接失效的问题。
