The present application provides a textile sleeve for deploying and protecting an elongate member, the sleeve having a wall including a textile layer having an inner surface and an opposing outer surface extending lengthwise along a central longitudinal axis between opposing ends. The inner surface is configured to define a cavity sized to receive an elongate member therein. The textile layer is formed from yarns interwoven with one another, where at least some of these yarns comprise heat resistant multifilaments and/or heat resistant monofilaments, thereby making the sleeve heat resistant. The silicone-based coating adheres to the outer surface to provide enhanced heat resistance, dielectric protection, and impact resistance.
