The invention provides a battlefield rescue robot auxiliary system, and relates to the technical field of battlefield rescue, and the system comprises a four-foot robot dog platform which is used for autonomously navigating to the position of a wounded person in a battlefield environment; the vital sign monitoring and data transmission module is integrated on the four-footed robot dog platform and is used for monitoring and externally transmitting vital sign data of the wounded; and the remote interaction and command subsystem is used for providing wounded position and sign state information for medical staff, providing a robot dog operation control interface and realizing remote medical guidance and real-time control command. According to the technical scheme, the battlefield rescue efficiency in a complex battlefield environment can be integrally improved.
