The invention provides a high-heat-conductivity stress-resistant heat conduction pad structure, a manufacturing method and a spacecraft. The high-thermal-conductivity stress-resistant heat conduction pad structure is used for transferring heat between a heat source and a heat dissipation heat sink, and comprises a silica gel heat conduction pad and one or more layers of combined films, the two bent ends of the combined film are located on the upper side and the lower side of the silica gel heat conduction pad respectively. The combined film comprises a flexible heat-conducting reinforced film and insulating films, and the flexible heat-conducting reinforced film is completely wrapped by the two layers of insulating films; the high-heat-conduction stress-resistant heat conduction pad structure is installed between the heat source and the heat dissipation heat sink. The design of the combined film is used, a heat transfer path is increased, heat can be transmitted through the silica gel heat conduction pad and can also be directly transmitted through the flexible heat conduction enhanced film, and the heat conduction performance is more excellent.
