The invention provides a three-degree-of-freedom cantilever crane and a hoisting method. The three-degree-of-freedom cantilever crane comprises an upright post, a slewing bearing, a cantilever beam, an electric hoist and a rotary driving device, the cantilever beam is connected with the stand column through a slewing bearing; the rotary driving device can drive the slewing bearing to enable the cantilever beam to rotate; the electric hoist is installed on the cantilever beam and can move in the length direction of the cantilever beam. The electric hoist comprises a lifting hook structure, and the lifting hook structure can move up and down in the vertical direction; the three-degree-of-freedom cantilever crane further comprises a rotary positioning detection system, a trolley limiting system, an electrical control system and a walking positioning detection system. According to the cantilever crane, the electric hoist and the rotation driving device can be controlled to move through the electric control system, and three-degree-of-freedom full-automatic operation of the cantilever crane is achieved. And specific data of three-degree-of-freedom operation are obtained through the rotary positioning detection system, the walking positioning detection system and the first encoder, so that the working precision of the cantilever crane is ensured.

    本发明提供了一种三自由度悬臂吊及吊装方法。三自由度悬臂吊,包括立柱、回转支承、悬臂梁、电动葫芦以及旋转驱动装置;悬臂梁与立柱通过回转支承连接;旋转驱动装置能够通过带动所述回转支承使所述悬臂梁旋转;电动葫芦安装在所述悬臂梁上,且能够沿所述悬臂梁的长度方向移动;所述电动葫芦包括吊钩结构,吊钩结构能够沿竖直方向上下运动;所述三自由度悬臂吊还包括旋转定位检测系统、小车限位系统、电气控制系统以及行走定位检测系统;本发明能够通过电气控制系统控制电动葫芦以及旋转驱动装置的运动,实现悬臂吊三自由度的全自动运行。通过旋转定位检测系统,行走定位检测系统,第一编码器,获得三自由度运行的具体数据,确保了悬臂吊的工作精度。
