    本发明涉及船用舱壁抗爆技术领域,公开了一种船用舱壁抗爆变形引导装置,包括内部面板和外部弧形板,所述内部面板位于舱壁与甲板的连接处,内部面板与甲板和舱壁连接,所述外部弧形板设在内部面板外侧,且两端分别连接在甲板和舱壁上,设计方法为:S1、构建舱壁抗爆变形引导装置的仿真模型;S2、通过对舱壁抗爆变形引导装置的仿真模型在受到爆炸冲击载荷作用下的变形性能模拟,获得其最优设计参数;S3、根据最优设计参数制备舱壁抗爆变形引导装置。本发明的舱壁抗爆变形引导装置,布置内部面板提高了舱壁连接的局部强度,避免舱壁连接处受爆炸载荷时发生断裂破坏,当舱壁承受爆炸载荷时,避免舱壁与甲板连接处发生大变形而整体撕裂飞出。
