The invention discloses an electromechanical hybrid braking system for a mining dump truck with electric wheels. The electromechanical hybrid braking system comprises a vehicle control unit, a traction motor, a rear brake, a front brake, a wheel speed sensor and a brake pedal. The whole vehicle controller calculates the real-time running speed of the whole vehicle according to the wheel speeds of the front wheels and the rear wheels and determines a braking mode according to the running speed; when the running speed of the whole vehicle is smaller than a set value, a braking instruction is sent to a front brake and a rear brake; when the running speed of the whole vehicle is larger than a set value, a braking instruction is sent to a front brake and a traction motor; and comparing the wheel speed of the front wheel with the wheel speed of the rear wheel, and adjusting the brake pressure of the front wheel according to a comparison result. The invention discloses an electromechanical hybrid braking method for a mining dump truck with electric wheels. Mechanical braking of the front wheel brake and electric braking of the rear wheel traction motor jointly implement braking, and the running stability of the vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动轮矿用自卸车机电混合制动系统,包括:整车控制器、牵引电机、后制动器、前制动器、轮速传感器、制动踏板。整车控制器根据前轮和后轮的轮速计算实时的整车运行速度,根据运行速度确定制动模式;当整车运行速度小于于设定值时,向前制动器、后制动器发送制动指令;当整车运行速度大于设定值时,向前制动器、牵引电机发送制动指令;对前轮的轮速和后轮的轮速进行比对,根据比对结果调整前轮的制动压力。本发明公开了一种电动轮矿用自卸车机电混合制动方法。本发明前轮制动器的机械制动和后轮牵引电机的电制动共同实施制动,提升了车辆的行驶稳定性。
