The invention relates to a battery thermal management method and device, equipment, a storage medium and a program product. The method comprises the following steps: displaying a mode option on a vehicle driving interface of a current vehicle; the mode options comprise a rest mode and a driving mode; and in response to a selection instruction triggered by a user on the vehicle driving interface, determining a target thermal management strategy according to the mode option selected by the selection instruction, and performing battery thermal management on the current vehicle according to the target thermal management strategy. According to the method, multiple mode options can be preset, the selection instruction triggered by the user on the vehicle driving interface can be responded, and the target heat management strategy is determined according to the mode option selected by the selection instruction, so that the target heat management strategy which corresponds to the mode option and is low in energy consumption can be determined in a targeted manner according to different mode options; therefore, the battery thermal management of the current vehicle can be carried out by adopting the targeted and low-energy-consumption target thermal management strategy, and the energy consumption required in the battery thermal management process can be reduced.
