The power-off controller can control on-off of current between the power-off controller and the electric vehicle charger according to signals of the color recognition sensor or induced current of the current sensor. Whether the electric bicycle is fully charged or not is judged through the full-charge indicator lamp of the charger, when the charger is fully charged, the color recognition sensor reads the information of the full-charge indicator lamp, the power-off controller is powered off at the moment, automatic power-off is completed after full charge, electric energy is saved, and the charging safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动自行车充满自动断电保护系统及方法,涉及电动自行车充电技术领域,包括充电器,所述充电器的插接线上设有电流传感器;保护壳,所述保护壳包括端部固定连接的顶板、底板以及侧板,所述保护壳相对于侧板设置开口,所述底板上弹性连接有滑板,所述滑板与所述顶板之间形成容纳充电器的空间;断电控制器,所述断电控制器连接有颜色识别传感器,所述颜色识别传感器的探头插接于所述顶板上并获取充电器指示灯信息,所述断电控制器还与所述电流传感器电连接,所述断电控制器可根据颜色识别传感器的信号或者电流传感器感应电流大小控制自身与电动车充电器之间的电流通断。本发明通过充电器的充满指示灯对电动自行车充电是否充满进行判断,当充电器在充满电的情况下,颜色识别传感器读取到充满电的指示灯的信息,此时,断电控制器进行断电,完成充满自断电,节约电能,提高充电的安全性。
